1.⁠ ⁠Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will automatically receive a “Journey Acknowledgement” email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the journey details provided to us are correct.

Once a driver has been assigned to your journey, you will manually receive a “Journey Details” email including pickup instructions and the driver’s contact number. BathAirportTransfer.com is not liable if you forget to bring or consult this information.

2.⁠ ⁠Responsibility for Missed Flights

BathAirportTransfer.com is not responsible for missed flights under any circumstances, including but not limited to traffic delays, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather, or unforeseen events.

Passengers are advised to plan their travel to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. Choosing to arrive with less time is at the passenger’s own risk.

3.⁠ ⁠Travel Insurance and Luggage

Passengers are advised to hold valid travel insurance prior to booking.

No refund will be issued if the passenger does not wait for the assigned driver and chooses alternative transport.

We accept no responsibility if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity booked. Please contact our customer service if unsure.

4.⁠ ⁠Flight Delays and Arrival Info

Please provide your arrival time and date into the UK, not your departure time.

In case of significant flight delays or changes, the customer must immediately inform our team or the assigned driver and ensure they receive a confirmation from us. Failure to do so releases BathAirportTransfer.com from any liability related to the delay.

5.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Fleet and Partners

BathAirportTransfer.com uses its own vehicles where possible. In certain cases, we work with trusted third-party providers who meet our high standards of safety and professionalism.

6.⁠ ⁠Holiday and Special Event Surcharges

A 50% surcharge applies between:

24 December 18:00 to 26 December 23:59

31 December 18:00 to 1 January 23:59

Additional surcharges may apply during high-demand periods or special events and will be communicated in advance.

7.⁠ ⁠Pricing and Vehicle Types

Prices are calculated automatically based on distance, time of day, and number of passengers.

If the selected vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to upgrade you to a higher category vehicle at no extra cost.

8.⁠ ⁠Waiting Times

Airport pickups: The first 60 minutes after landing are free. Thereafter:

Standard vehicles (saloon): £30/hour pro rata

Executive or minibus: £50/hour pro rata

All other locations: A 5-minute grace period is offered. Then:

£10 per 15 minutes of waiting applies for all vehicle types

9.⁠ ⁠Tolls and Route Changes

Tolls for airport transfers are included in the quoted price.

Any customer-requested change in destination or route may result in a fare adjustment.

If changes introduce additional tolls, these will be added to the total cost.

10.⁠ ⁠Amendments

All booking amendments must be requested by phone or email and are valid only after you receive a confirmation from us.

Amendments made through the driver are not accepted or considered valid.

If you do not receive a confirmation of your requested change, the original booking remains in effect.

11.⁠ ⁠Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are accepted with at least 24 hours’ notice via email.

A cancellation is valid only once confirmed by us. If you do not receive confirmation, call our emergency line: +44 7723 75 76 76.

An admin fee of £10 or 10% of the fare (whichever is greater) will apply.

No refunds for:

No-shows

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

Other refund cases should be addressed to our customer service team.

12.⁠ ⁠Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your data under GDPR regulations.

We collect only the data required to process your booking and deliver the service.

Data may be shared with third parties only when required for the service (e.g. with your driver).

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

13.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

BathAirportTransfer.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

14.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in service delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government action, strikes, or other force majeure events.
